Sonorité Classical is a collective of curious, collaborative musicians centred around the expressive voices of the flute, saxophone and clarinet.
Blending artistry from the classical and theatre worlds, we bring colour, storytelling, and connection to every performance – from French impressionism to bold new commissions. We believe in chamber music’s power to unite, inspire, and bring a little light into the world.

Noël – Our New Christmas Album

We’re very excited to share that our debut Christmas album, Noël, is complete and will be released on Friday 21 November 2025.

The album features the Sonorité Saxophone Quartet with guest artists
Jill Morton (piano) and Martin Callaghan (vocals and narration), and captures the heart of our much-loved festive concerts across Hertfordshire and North London – a mix of familiar favourites, new arrangements, and two new original works.

Among these are Before the Wild Hurricane by Olivia Murphy, a vivid musical setting of A Visit from St Nicholas that we commissioned in 2023, and All Aboard the Reindeer Express by John Maul, a premiere recording for solo piano performed by Jill Morton.

Physical copies (a limited run of 200 digipacks) will be available directly through our website, and the album will also be released on Bandcamp and all major digital and streaming platforms.

We can’t wait to share the music with you this Christmas season — thank you to everyone who has supported the project, especially our crowdfunders and the fantastic team who brought it to life. Pre-orders open on Friday 1 November.
